Yes! All of our services are available in both English and French.
We do not currently offer direct billing. However, many extended health benefit plans cover occupational therapy. After each session, you’ll receive a receipt you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.
Our sessions are typically one hour. Sessions can be weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on your goals and what works best for you!
We offer in-home and virtual sessions. In-home services are available for clients residing in and around Ottawa and include a travel fee based on location. Virtual sessions offered to Ontario residents and are delivered through a secure video platform.
No, a referral is not required to schedule an appointment. However, we recommend checking with your insurance provider, as some plans may require a referral for reimbursement.
